Important Points
  • You cannot reschedule court dates: Court dates can only be changed if you present proof of a medical emergency, travel tickets or proof that you will be out of state.
  • Points are assessed by the Secretary of State, not the Court. The 35th District Court does not have the ability to waive, raise or lower points on a violation.
  • Fines and Costs are due at the time of assessment; and will therefore be due on your court date if you are found resonsible.
  • If you fail to appear for your court date. You will be subject to additional fees and possible suspension of your driving privileges.
